1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The pillow must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What materials are your body pillows made from?
We use premium microfiber filling and soft, breathable outer fabrics. All materials are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.
6. Are the pillows suitable for pregnancy?
Yes. Our U-shaped and long body pillows are very popular among pregnant women as they provide excellent support for the belly, back, hips, and legs.
7. Are the pillow covers removable and washable?
Yes. Most models come with a soft, removable zippered cover that is machine washable for easy cleaning.
8. How firm are the pillows?
Our pillows have a medium-soft to medium-firm feel — huggable yet supportive. Firmness level is described on each product page.
9. Do the pillows lose shape easily?
No. We use high-quality, resilient filling that maintains its shape well with regular fluffing. Proper care will help the pillow stay fluffy longer.
10. What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard long body pillows (approximately 54" – 60") and large U-shaped pregnancy pillows. Exact dimensions are listed on every product page.
11. Are the pillows suitable for children?
Yes. Many parents use our smaller or standard body pillows for children who love to cuddle while sleeping.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my pillow arrives damaged or compressed?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
